Design Strategy & Advisory
Strategy is where our work begins. Before defining a design response, we look at the wider context: how people, behaviours, markets and cultures are changing, and what those changes might mean for a business, a place or an experience.
Through design research, trend forecasting and cross-cultural observation, we help clients identify opportunities, question assumptions and define a clearer direction. This may involve the future of tourism and hospitality, customer and passenger behaviour, emerging lifestyle patterns, asset positioning and future-proofing, or the development of new spatial, service and brand concepts.
Strategic thinking continues throughout the design process, informing architecture and interiors, spatial branding, wayfinding, experience design and design review. We maintain an open and critical approach to emerging technologies, including AI, considering how they may influence behaviour, operations and the way places are experienced.
For us, strategy is not a separate layer of design. It is the foundation.
