Benta Wiley Architects is a multicultural and multigenerational architecture and design studio working between Europe and Asia. Different backgrounds, disciplines and generations bring different ways of reading a place, questioning conventions and approaching design. We work internationally, both independently and as part of wider multidisciplinary teams.

The studio is organised around three integrated units: Architecture & Interiors, Spatial Identity & Graphic Strategy, and Lighting Design. Our work brings wayfinding, identity and visual communication into architecture, treating them as integral parts of how a place works, is navigated and understood. Research, ideas and expertise are shared across the three units, allowing us to work fluidly between disciplines and scales.

Our creative direction begins with people. We are interested in how people live, move, gather and use space, and in the social and cultural shifts that influence these behaviours over time. Observation and research provide the starting point for a design process that looks beyond immediate needs and considers how places may evolve.
